This Privacy Policy explains how BDKM LLC ("we," "us") handles information in the Adonis mobile app ("Adonis," the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this policy.
What face data we process. When you choose to take a scan, the App captures a photo of your face and, using Apple's on-device Vision framework and an on-device model, derives facial-geometry measurements and a facial-analysis score from it. This "face data" — your photo and the facial measurements derived from it — is processed entirely on your device.
We never collect, share, or store it on our servers. Your face photos and facial measurements are stored only in the App's private, sandboxed storage on your device. They are never transmitted to us or to any third party, and are used only to generate your on-device facial analysis and to let you optionally keep your own before/after photos. They are permanently removed when you delete a scan, use Settings → Reset app & delete my data, or uninstall the App. Because your face data never leaves your device, we retain none of it. The AI Coach (Section 2) sends only typed text and a small non-biometric context — never your photo or any facial-geometry data.
Profile details. Information you enter — first name, age, height, weight, and goals — is stored locally on your device and used to personalize your plan.
The AI Coach is the only feature that sends information off your device. When you send a coach message, the following is transmitted over an encrypted connection to our backend (hosted by Supabase) and to our AI provider (Anthropic, PBC) solely to generate a response:
Your coach conversation history is stored locally on your device, not on our servers. Our AI provider processes your message only to generate the reply and does not use it to train its models. We do not use coach content for advertising, and we never sell it.
Consent & third-party protection. Before your first coach message is sent, the App shows an in-app notice describing exactly what is transmitted and to whom (Anthropic, PBC), and asks for your explicit permission; nothing is sent to the AI provider until you agree. Our backend provider (Supabase) and AI provider (Anthropic, PBC) are bound by their agreements and privacy commitments to protect this information consistent with this policy, use it solely to provide the service, and not retain your message after the reply is generated.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive your subscription status (active/expired) so the App can unlock features. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
If you enable reminders, they are scheduled and delivered locally by your device. We do not run a push-notification server and do not collect a device push token.
Because your scans, profile, and chat history live on your device, you are in control: delete individual scans in the App, use Settings → Reset app & delete my data to wipe everything, or uninstall the App. Coach messages in transit are processed only to return your reply and are not retained by us afterward.
Adonis is not directed to children under 17 and is rated accordingly. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 17.
Data sent for the AI Coach is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections. On-device data is protected by your device's standard app sandboxing and storage protections.
We may update this policy as the App evolves. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, surface a notice in the App.
