These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Adonis mobile app ("Adonis," the "App"), provided by BDKM LLC ("we," "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Adonis. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Adonis is a self-improvement and entertainment app. It analyzes a photo of your face on your device, provides a rating and personalized suggestions, and offers an AI coach, routines, and progress tracking to help you work toward your appearance goals.
Adonis is for informational and self-improvement purposes only. Ratings are subjective estimates, not objective or medical assessments, and individual results vary. The App does not provide medical, dermatological, nutritional, psychological, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your health, diet, supplements, or any cosmetic or medical procedure. Never disregard professional advice because of something in the App.
Adonis offers auto-renewable subscriptions ("Adonis Pro"):

Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.
You are responsible for the photos you capture and the information you enter. You agree to use Adonis only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes, and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App or its services.
The App, its design, text, and underlying software are owned by BDKM LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that ratings or suggestions will produce any particular result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BDKM LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the App after changes means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [the State in which BDKM LLC is organized], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
